Our Minimum Stay period during the Dec/Jan Season is as follows:

Booking falling ONLY over Christmas: Minimum 10 nights

Booking falling ONLY over New Year: Minimum 10 nights

Booking over Christmas & New Year: Minimum of 14 nights

Deposit/Payment Requirements:

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.  The balance is required 2 months prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

·       DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO FIND A REPLACEMENT BOOKING   TO THE SAME VALUE

·        A BOOKING CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO A LATER DATE WITHING THE NEXT 12 MONTHS

·        WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY BANK CHARGES IN THE EVENT OF A REFUND

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Should a refund be granted, Sunset Lodge is not liable for any Bank Charges & an administration fee of R 500.00 may be levied.

• The client will be responsible for the cost of any damage caused by him or his party or any additional cleaning charges.
• Clients are responsible for the keys to the holiday rental property. If the keys are lost there will be a replacement charge of R40.00
